Q. Are there any hidden charges or fees?
A. No, only the hourly rate listed in the Price List.
Q. What is provided on the bus?
A. Ice, water, and plastic cups.
Q. Is overtime possible, and how much does it cost?
A. In most cases, overtime is possible. It’s billed at the regular rate, in 30-minute increments.
Q. Is there enough space on the bus?
A. According to DOT standards, each person gets 16 inches of space. We recommend renting a slightly larger bus if you want more room.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Since 2009.
Q. How old are the buses?
A. No older than 10 years.
Q. Are there seat belts?
A. Most buses do not have seat belts. If you need them, let us know when booking.
Q. Can the dancing pole be removed?
A. In some buses, yes. Please let us know in advance if you want it removed.
Q. Can we play our own music?
A. Yes, you can connect via Bluetooth.
Q. Do the buses have TVs?
A. Not all buses have TVs. If you need one, let us know when booking.
Q. What is the minimum number of rental hours?
A. 4 hours.
Q. Can we do two transfers instead of 6 consecutive hours at the stadium?
A. No, for sporting events only consecutive hours are allowed.
Q. Do you provide a driver or do we find our own?
A. Our drivers are licensed CDL drivers with a passenger endorsement.
Q. If I request a specific bus, will I get that exact one?
A. In the vast majority of cases, yes. If not, we will notify you in advance.
Q. Can we bring our own food/drinks/alcohol on the bus?
A. Yes.
Q. Do the buses have restrooms?
A. No.
Q. Do you take people to casinos in Oklahoma?
A. Yes.
Q. What areas does your service cover?
A. DFW. Outside of DFW, we charge for travel time to and from the pickup location.
